- By Train (AYA Universe): Reach Dubai Healthcare City Metro station, which is 550 metres away from the AYA Universe. From the station, you can reach the activity location in 2-minutes on a cab.
- By Train (Dubai Frame): Reach Karama 2-2 station, which is a 10-minute cab ride away from the attraction.
